If you're already using Qopla's Delivery Integration service, adding or activating channels like Uber Eats, Wolt, and Foodora is included – no extra charges.
Not using the service yet? You can easily upgrade to Delivery Integration for a fixed monthly fee and get access to the same package.
In both cases, you only pay the standard transaction or service fees charged by each delivery platform.
Not at all. Every delivery channel and payment solution funnels into a single Qopla terminal (tablet) and the shared kitchen display, so you can finally retire the “tablet jungle” on your counter.
Just call us—one support number, one ticket. Our team will troubleshoot the integration and, if needed, escalate directly with the partner’s tech staff. We own the case until everything is running again. For urgent issues we offer phone support; for all other questions you can use the support form inside your admin panel.
