Yes. At checkout the guest simply selects “Pick-up / Delivery later” and chooses the desired time. The ticket is queued inside Qopla and only appears on the kitchen screen when it is time to start cooking, so nothing is prepared too early.
Qopla’s web checkout supports Swish, card and Klarna. All major cards via Nets or Elavon, and Klarna Checkout for “Pay Later” or instalments. You just toggle on the providers you want to offer—everything flows through the same payment window.
Log in to the Qopla admin panel, edit the item once and hit save. The new menu is pushed instantly to your website, express kiosks, QR-menus and—if you use Delivery Integration—to Uber Eats, Wolt and Foodora as well, with no extra export files or manual uploads.
Absolutely. A single “Pause online orders” switch in your dashboard stops new web orders immediately (it doesn’t affect the POS or orders already in progress). When the rush calms down, click “Resume” and you’re live again within seconds.
